I bought a car two months ago. It works perfectly, it is just what I wanted, at the right price and with the characteristics that were indicated on the web. However, two months have passed and I continue with the provisional papers. In addition, the car was sold to me, making sure that when they gave me the papers I would have the second key, and I call and call to claim, and they only give me long (that, when they answer the phone). I was also told that the car was checked a second time before it was handed over to me, and that was not done as I had to put more oil on it, for example. Of course, all very nice. But solutions, none.

I am from madrid. I saw a vehicle at the Torrejón dealership that I really liked and, when I called HR MOTOR, Raúl answered me from Bilbao. Despite not being at the dealership where the vehicle was located, he did not hesitate to assist me and resolve all the doubts that arose (he could have referred me to another colleague from Torrejón, but no). From that same day, I was still pending at all times the process of purchase, financing, tuning, ... until yesterday when, finally, I was able to pick up my car. He is a great professional.
