Very good customer service from the workshop staff. People very committed to the previously issued budget. From now on I plan to bring the car here for anything

The insurance told me to take the car to this place to repair the body. I was impressed with the attention and seriousness of the staff, especially with the manager. Since then all the revisions I make here. Later I bought a Clio and the attention from Izaskun and the after-sales managers has been very good.

They are not ashamed, never take the car to Garbi workshops. On Monday, I took the car to the garage for an annual check-up, explaining that that same day the tire pressure warning light had come on and that, obviously, they would check them. The one who attended me at the reception, who later must have been the manager, told me that without any problems, the tire inspection was part of the annual car inspection. As well. I pick up the car that same Monday and the witness had turned off (I live 5 minutes from the workshop). The next day, I take the car to go to work and ... Surprise! The warning light comes on again: "it can't be true, yesterday I took it to the workshop and the tires must be fine." I let it pass because I fully trust Talleres Garbi. On Wednesday I go back to work, and the light is still on. I park, look at the tires and one of the wheels was completely flat: "Is it short of air or is it flat?" Given my ignorance, I decide to stop at a gas station and inflate the tire, it was at 0.5 bar when it should be at 2.1 bar. I come back home. The warning light is still on. The next morning the car wakes up with a flat tire. Indeed, it is punctured. On Thursday I took the car to the workshop asking for explanations, since they had NOT done the revision correctly and they had NOT seen the puncture. They only inflated the flat tire, and when they inflated it and restarted the system, the warning light went out at times. When I inflated it, it did not turn off because I did not restart the system. His explanation was: "you got the puncture after the review." Clarooooo, and how likely is it that after a review you will get a flat tire the next day? They have a lot of face. I had to change the entire wheel because it was badly damaged, and they made me pay for it in full. That wheel could have been saved if the puncture had been detected, and besides, something could have happened to me on the road. Complaints sheet and I will not return again. They don't see my hair there. And on top of that I bought the car from them last year.
