Ana's classes have been the best choice and discovery. For everything it brings and the benefit you get. A pity, I can not go more days a week for lack of time, so I'm looking forward to my day to take advantage of it. I recommend it without a doubt !!!

Great these yoga classes. Every day is different and Ana cares about meeting us and adapting them to each case. You notice the practice in your body and posture from day one. Wonderful discovery!
