Never pick up the phone call. Whole time waiting for a copy of documents that they never send!

Too bad, you have to make an appointment online and the application fails almost every day. On the web it says that they give you an appointment by calling 060, but it is FALSE. If you go without an appointment, even just to pick up a piece of paper, they don't take care of you. It's maddening. When you finally get an appointment, at the earliest they give you in 15 days. I have had to go three times and just with the appointment requests I have lost an enormous amount of time. To be at European level, Spain needs to modernize, simplify its administrative procedures and provide a dignified service to citizens who pay taxes. We should complain a lot more than we do (on top of that the application to make complaints online does not work correctly either). As someone out there has commented, I give them a star because you can not put less.

The security guy who controls order, very good. A disaster at the paperwork tables. Of 11 tables they only attended 2, even at times only one operating table. The positive is that the procedure itself is well articulated and there is no problem

Good attention and in a very cozy place, very bright under a glass ceiling. But errors must be corrected between some procedures ...
