I must say that I was desperate, as the only locksmith in my area was not willing to serve me and I called Giltza Locksmith by chance; which I do not regret at all. This locksmith is personable and patient. I explained to him my problem, how I had left the house without keys but that the door was unlocked and I stayed an hour away. At first glance I was surprised since he did not bring a briefcase or tools. We go up to the floor and he takes out two curved pieces of plastic and asks me to help him by moving the door with oscillating movements, holding the door knob. Put the plastic pieces in and after a few seconds the door is open. The bottom line is that whoever is worth is. Would you call him again? Undoubtedly.
