Today, May 10, we have had to request the help of this company. At first they have informed us that the cost of the exit would be € 35, and that it would take 20 minutes. They have arrived an hour late, when we had already proceeded to open the door, so they did not have to do anything. We had planned to pay the cost of the exit, which was € 35, the surprise has come when the locksmith told us that this is impossible and that it was € 45. So I decided to call to request the data of the person in charge, to proceed with a formal claim, and in addition to not providing us with the data, they have hung us numerous times WITHOUT ANY KIND OF EXPLANATION REGARDING THIS. Terrible job at this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. He also called me, 10 minutes later with another phone, threatening me.
