On 05/12/20 at 9:50 am, my parents (67 and 68 years old) bought 6 surgical masks (blue on one side and white on the other) for the price of € 4.95 each. According to the decree that entered into force on May 4, 2020, these masks have a fixed price of € 0.96 each. On the receipt it says "PROTECTION MASK" and does not finish specifying the type of mask it is. Only it costs € 4.95. My parents called to ask if there had been an error, and with total calmness they told him that they were FFP2 masks and that they wore it for about 8 days and blah blah blah ... (Lie because they are the ones that spread out on the street) The fact is that 5 of those masks are still unused, put in the paper bag they were given (bag without the address of the pharmacy, which seems to want to hide evidence of the error or the scam). Given that the sum of the 6 masks amounts to € 29.70 and that they should have cost € 5.76, they were called to warn and it was reiterated in a deception (or error ...). What do you suggest I do?
