In our case, a certain Nacho installed it for us in a second home, who came late and without the appropriate material for the assembly. Each time I have had to resort to them they have referred me to different commercials. "What security" !!! Until we reached a certain Carlos who installed a second alarm for us in another residence, he sold it to us again, all in pink, the only time we have needed him, he tells us that he is no longer in that apartment and washes his hands . Little serious company, with commercials that even offer you gift vouchers from the English C., if you provide them with clients to get their monthly bonus, of course you won't even see the gift voucher. A scam in my opinion, unscrupulous commercials and little seriousness for a security company that should offer reliability

I feel cheated no, the following. A commercial came and told me that the installation was free and then they charged me € 300. I stuck for months receiving a claim and in the end I had to pay, but not only did he cheat on me with that but also with the length of stay, 3 years !!!!! totally abusive, my fault for not reading the million small print but of course you don't expect a company that appears on TV supposedly reliable to go. to cheat like this. I understand that it is the fault of the commercials but if they hire competent and legal people the responsible is the company and not me.

They harass people over the phone to get customers. Two years ago I made the mistake of asking for a budget and since then they harass me miserably. Today they have been calling from 9 in the morning every two hours. I'm fed up LEAVE ME IN PEACE, I ALREADY HAVE ALARM AND I DON'T WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING OF YOU. GO TO SHIT AND DON'T CALL ME AGAIN.

3 minutes ago They scammed me, they don't want to pay me back my money, I've been claiming 2 and a half months and they don't have to withdraw the application they called every 3 days and according to them they will claim to pay for the entire installation and so returning my money is a lie only They want to steal the money from January 4 within the probationary period and as of today no one has turned my face on me scammed. My experience is grim, I do not recommend it to anyone.
