I can't help but write a review to this florist that saved me from a real disaster yesterday. I had an event in the afternoon and from Madrid my co-workers had commissioned INTERFLORA to set up a center so that I could personally deliver it to the person who had a birthday. The cost of the bouquet was 89 euros exactly. When I received it, I was so scared that it made me want to throw it away. It was totally unpresentable !!!!! Since I live in Utebo, I thought about going to the Bensiflor florist to buy some flowers or decorative elements that would help me get out of this situation. When I got to the store, without explaining what was happening to me, they realized I had a problem. Belen, the owner, upon finding out what was happening to me, did not hesitate for a moment to tell me, "Bring me the center and I will fix it for you," and I did. Belen, he gave it a totally different touch, it seemed like another totally different center. When I asked her what I owed her, she smiled at me and told me that it was nothing, that with a couple of little things that were not important it was over and the cost was negligible so she was not going to charge me at all. Another person would have taken advantage of my vulnerability and would have charged me what I would have wanted, but no, she not only expressed her professional quality but also her very high personal and human height. Dear Belen, I congratulate you on everything, you have in me a grateful client. Thank you!!! P.S. Today I have commissioned another commission for a burial and when I went to look for it I was astonished ..... SPECTACULAR RELATIONSHIP QUALITY PRICE. Thank you!!!

Excellent treatment. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. They do home deliveries and the plants are of very good quality. And above all I was surprised by the amount of variety of orchids that they have in the store. I will definitely repeat to buy.
