The quality of some products is very bad, specifically the wool. I asked them if they were of good quality and they said yes. You lose time, money and work. I went to complain in person and my feeling was that they disengaged. It is not only reduced to the amount I have lost, but to the hours of work thrown away. I honestly do not recommend it and I will not repeat.

I also bought wool for him. They are of very poor quality; even when weaving, pellets are already made; they are not even good for rags. The store owner / manager thinks she sells pure merino. The importance of good advice (leaves a lot to be desired) and above all the sincerity with the client; it is the key to success for a satisfied business and customer.
