When you return something, they do not reimburse you for the money, they make you a voucher. Then, if you buy something with that voucher and you want to return it, they tell you that you can not. It is a total deception. Of course you can return. If it could not, at least, they should put it on the ticket. However, the ticket does not say that it can not be returned. What they want is to deceive people and if they sneak, they sneak; and this is how they box. That's called fraud.

I give it a star because it cannot be valued less ... not for its footwear but for the customer service ... painful. Depending on how they see you, they ignore you and go from you to attend to others. Unpleasant and poorly educated as well as "class". Absolutely not recommended

I put a star because there is no less valuation, super antipathic, I went to buy a poncho and they did not want to sell it to me, once I bought it, they did not give me a ticket, because they pulled it out of my hands, so that I would not have the possibility to return it. Besides while I was trying on my clothes, the saleswoman kept chasing me as if I were going to steal it, I thought the situation was HEAVY.

I have bought shoes here several times because they are very beautiful, and the same thing has happened to everyone. You can not wear them one day they are very uncomfortable.
