I am very sorry about this situation. I just hope that Utebo's office opens soon and is there, Reyes. A great professional apart from personaya who is totally involved so that everything is perfect. That makes every great trip I make totally satisfying apart from giving me such security by being in his hands.

Scammers Directly and without palliative. Full-fledged scam. We booked a trip in January, in January gentlemen, not a week ago, for which we were charged an amount in advance. Finally, the trip could not be made due to Covid ... so we request a refund of the money. They answer us that they are processing it, blablabla ... verbiage. They give long. Months go by. Utebo's office is closed and this action is followed by "institutional silence." Our concern and suspicion of scam increases. They do not respond to emails ... It is October and you wonder how much it costs to simply get the money back for a trip you did not enjoy. Our money. Due to Covid, we canceled other reservations that were paid to us on the spot, but it is clear that Halcón Viajes cares very little for customers. Nothing. This is shameful. Amazing. They have our money I wonder with what right. We have no choice but to process the corresponding complaint. It is unfortunate that a supposedly reputable company betrays the trust of its customers in this way.
