I just called to ask for a quote for an electronic diagnosis and the girl who attends me tells me (you could tell since she answered that she doesn't really want to work ... You know ... That typical customer service profile unfortunately) that you DO NOT KNOW and that you WILL NOT GIVE ME A closed BUDGET. It is a diagnosis not a repair, therefore, they have to give information about the price. Any workshop you call they tell you without problems and they know it. I am going to ask for information personally. If the attitude is the same, I'll put an official claim sheet.
