What a lovely place, friendly service and very nice dishes! We had 6 plates we shared and all of them were a very nice cullinary surprise! Well balanced fresh ingredients with a surprising touch of "fine cuisine"! It's a restaurant that deserves to be a hotspot on your itinerary!!!

Rustic is all way's, for funds of products that need to be elaborate with a good manners do. All most specific made-up, to degust them.

This is a special Restaurant with taste-explosions a so called fusion - kitchen. Nice outdoor place near the church and the Chopin house. Very special menu.

Excellent, freshly prepared food and great service. Es Roquissar is tucked away in a quiet corner of the square in Valldemossa and well worth a visit.
