With Yves Rocher I have always had bad experiences. When they had a center on Bidebarrieta Street, the wax they applied to me caused an unusual reaction in my skin. I phoned them politely to let them know and, after a while, the manager called me back to call me for having made that complaint. In addition, I went again to the Yves Roche that was in Hurtado de Amezaga street to do a skin cleaning and one of the employees laughed at me believing that I did not hear her. Bad experiences.
A very good attention, if you are looking for natural products for hair, cosmetics and body is a good place
