I like the commercial area, they are very attentive and they treat you really good. But the mechanics are horrible. I don't like the mechanic area; it's true that they do repair your car... but they charge you A LOT. They even try to charge you for new pieces while the old ones could be repaired for nearly nothing. For instance: I went there as I had an oil leak and there was oil everywhere. They said it was a huge problem. They repaired it (1000€ cost) and suddenly the air conditioner wasn't working. I brought the car back thinking that perhaps they unplugged the air conditioner in order to clean the car. They said it was just a coincidence and that they had to change all the system (1000€ more). I didn't. However, I still though it was their fault but of course they disagreed and I couldn't prove it. 3 years later, I went by recommendation to another mechanic without any hope. In front of me in literally 10 minutes he found the problem! A simple wire that was in bad shape. It was visible just opening the hood if you knew where to look at! Total cost: 20€ plus the recharge of gas. I explained the full story to the mechanic. He said that quite probably they damaged the cable while cleaning the inside. If that wasn't enough; a few weeks ago I learned that my "oil leak problem" (I won't go into specific mechanic details) wasn't that big but a quite common problem that looks bad but it isn't. Yeahh you've to clean everything bit it's just a piece that costs less than 100€ and it's easy to change. So... just judge the facts. Comercials are good, mechanics are crooks.

Non-existent post-sale service, if you buy a new car in Ibiza or Palma de Mallorca and you have problems, you have to look for your life ... One throws the ball to another, very careful !!!! I bought a new Opel Combo Life less than a year ago and from the second month on a real nightmare, never again in my life OPEL !!!

Very good selling experience. The workshop a disaster. I have a dieses van due to a factory fault and they give me an old opel corsa as a replacement that does not meet the conditions of my car since I have a van by size. On top of that it is gasoline and I have to fill the tank because they give it to you empty .. Then they do not explain things to you about the adblue system that the van carries because it is assumed that after a thousand kilometers the meter is not reliable and you You can get thrown because the car does not start and the repair is on your own ... Come on, it's a disaster. Very unhappy with the service in general.
