First Mallorca Santanyi

Unserious and not recommended! Actually, buying a home should be a wonderful and beautiful life experience. This process did not happen here, but unfortunately the opposite. We have acquired a property in Mallorca through Mrs. Waltraud Salpius. Unfortunately we have to do our extremely bad experience here. Any due diligence was ignored here, it was only about the horende commission (45,000 €) to get hold of. Wrong details of the property have already been made in the listing! On a personal visit, there were still demonstrable falsehoods about allegedly existing holiday licenses, details of land size and border, unsuccessful construction and construction defects, which were obviously a partial total loss of land, as Lapalie represented. A good realtor corresponds between the seller and the buyer and sees that all parties fulfill their contract points. The fulfillment of many points from the optiion contract up to the notary appointment were not fulfilled by the seller. We asked Mrs. Salpius constantly if we could continue to rely on the deadline for the completion. Finally, we planned to move from Germany to Germany by truck. So she was well aware of our situation! On arrival we were faced with fait accompli, contract not met, no collection possible! Short version of the further procedure is, there was an unnecessary court hearing with the salesman. The absolute HOHN was that we called Mrs. Salpius as a witness, who made completely contradictory statements that did not correspond to the facts at all. Anyone familiar with the expertise and responsible work should be warned.
