Despite having an requested time, if they don't know you, they make you wait a long time (more than an hour ...). They passed me by regular customers who had no prior appointment. I guess for the same reason I was cared for by a girl with no experience and the result was unfortunate ... That was before the covid, I don't know how it will go now ...

They offer very good service but make you wait an average of 30 minutes despite asking for an hour in advance.
