Did they read the whole comment or they just copy and past the same answer for all the one star reviews? I’m saying that because they answered my review asked me to send an email to the support, but on my review I already said about it that they send emails back to me with the same phrase. Ridiculous. I ordered a product on 07/31/2020 and after waiting for a long time the tracking number showed that my order was delivered. I checked on my mailbox and never found it. Since then I’ve been contacting the support of the Bikeinn website. We are changing emails for more than a month and I still without my product and the support is asking me to do a formal claim for it. I went to the post office that was supposed to delivery it and they said that the only way to do it is online. I tried so many time to explain then it but the only answer I had was: “We need the formal claim and after that we are going to review your case”. Even when I sent to them the print of the website saying that I can’t open a claim because they need information of the sender and also the wet they sent my product didn’t have insurance to open a claim. Now it’s been almost two month and nothing. No refund and no product. I really don’t know how to figure it out.

Unfortunate experience ordering from overseas. the package was shipped and over 5 months later I have not received my order or a refund. I have been in contact with the company through their website but I receive only generic robot-like responses claiming the package was lost in transit and that they will be in contact once their shipping department receives my lost package. A quick google search after the fact revealed I am one of many people around the world with a similar complaint. be warned
