Gervasio Ramos Public School (1967), as a transfer and growth of the Graduate Schools on Dorado Street. Public primary school. Dedicated to Gervasio Ramos Álvarez (1897-1966), a native of Rodanillo (Bembibre, Lleón), son of the teacher Jacinto Ramos Martínez - who in 1898 moved with his family to La Carrera (Siero), then came Colombres, Noreña, Sama ( director) and Uviéu-. He practiced from the age of 18 in Muñó (Siero), Tazones and Sama. At the Dorado de Sama de Llangréu Schools he served as a teacher, director and was inspector (1934) for schools in Asturias, Lugo and Lleón. A true promoter of teaching in Llangréu and SMRA and of cultural and extracurricular activities (libraries, summer camps, radio programs ...). In addition to the school that he helped create, a street in Sama is named after him next to the Dorado Schools.

This school is one of sama's most veteran, and that also goes in its appearance, which can be somewhat precarious, but let's not fool ourselves. The teachers and managers of this center make that detail stay in something superfluous. As far as I am concerned, a site to consider to educate children.
