Totally advisable. The worst service and attitude I've ever seen. I wore a shirt and pants to wash and iron. The pants had wrinkles not to place them properly in the hanger. The shirt was made of a mucus, literally. Smooth ironing with marks and wrinkles made with the iron difficult to disguise. When I got home I saw the result and called for a complaint. The dependent's reply was: "I think the value for money is good and if you do not like it, you do not have to go back." Then the phone hung.
