My experience was utterly unsatisfactory in their pre-sales handling of a repair that took place whilst travelling from Madrid to the UK. My car broke down due to a wheel bearing collapsing and the car had to be towed to what turned out to be Automoviles Calleja. It took 2 days for their mechanic to fix the car and a significant sum in repairs. At the time I was happy it got sorted out in a reasonable amount of time, as earlier indication was that it could take at least 1 week to just obtain the necessary spare parts. Continuing with my journey, I noticed again a reocurrence of the same problem, but as I was already close to reaching my destination I decided to ignore it. After inspection by my local garage in the UK, it turned out that the wheel bearing was (again) damaged. This was due to not only using the wrong part for my model vehicle, it was also fitted wrongly, which consequently damaged the brake disk. I immediately contacted - via the telephone- Luis Miguel from Automoviles Calleja and after some polite exchanges of emails, which were responded reasonably fast (48h), he started using delaying tactics. For over a period extending several months , he requested a plethora of evidence in statements, documents, sending parts to the manufacturer and towards the 3rd month he eventually concluded that I should take the car back to his garage to get it inspected (a 2000 km journey). There was no intention to refund me for the botched repair nor compensate me for the additional costs I incurred as a result of their mechanic using the wrong part. While Luis Miguel kept a polite tone all along, he just dragged me into a swamp of slow bureaucratic procedures that would always require one more step to take, knowingly that at a given point I would simply give-up. So, in conclusion, NOT recommended!

As a tow truck I cannot comment. But as a mechanical workshop a few botches. My girlfriend took the car with a problem that they gave as a solution to fix something that later did not solve the problem but for which almost 400 euros was paid. After taking him back with the same problem they said that now it was something else that after the new arrangement entailed an outlay of another 200 euros and 3 weeks without the car. IM not coming back anymore.

I wanted to share an experience that I had with an employee of this company, RUBEN, after calling my insurance assistance for leaving the keys in my car, and after having come another tow service and not inspiring confidence, my company spoke with this service. Rubén called me by phone ☎ and the first thing he did was to calm me down and tell me not to worry, something to be thankful for in these circumstances and even more so being 800 km from my home. He opened my car with a professionalism and delicacy never seen, and without causing me any harm. A 10 for the service provided and I wish there were more professionals like this guy.
