A disaster! I have damaged the leather upholstery of the whole car by using a product that is not suitable for the skin. The cleanliness inside the car is hardly appreciated. Not to mention how they have left it out! There were dry leaves under the windshield wipers, a sign that they don't even lift them to clean. Dirty rims, chrome details (eg car logo) looking rusty. A pity to deal with incompetent and unprofessional staff and the worker instead of giving us solutions gave us rudeness and disrespect. When we contacted the manager, she only offered us to take the car back to review it ... which we did not do since we do not trust to leave the car to see the result and the damage of the skin that now we have to fix with money from our pocket. High price for lousy service.
The service is good, they leave the car quite acceptable, the only thing was when it came to charging me that they asked me for more than what I previously agreed, I spoke with the boss and he responded like a true professional.
