In my case, I came to Ánimae to regain my physical shape after having 2 pregnancies, after giving birth I suffered an abdominal diastasis and suffered from lumbar and cervical pain. To this day I can say that I have completely recovered from abdominal diastasis, my lumbar and cervical area hardly hurt thanks to the Animae physiotherapist and since I have strengthened my body with personal training. I can do any type of training that they do. I am super happy with the result and I recommend animae to all mothers like me. They adapt to my schedule without problem. I love cleanliness and order and I can congratulate this center for how well they do, especially with the subject of COVID, I feel super safe.

I am a 39-year-old businessman, I spend a lot of time sitting and I have little time to do sports. For health reasons (I have several herniated discs) and I have not played sports for years, I decided to try personal training and the result has been extraordinary. The back discomfort has been reduced so much that it hardly bothers me and I feel more active. The team that Ánimae has is 10, all very professional coaches. The facilities are perfect, with parking at the door, I feel super safe training since they clean all the material you use and maintain a safety distance that I have not seen in any other business.
