From the first day I set foot in their classes, I could not stop going. Patricia is a great professional and he teaches very soul. I have little more than 2 months and the change in me is palpable. You walk through the door and leave behind all the hubbub of everyday life and become for 1 hour and a half at you over you. A place to renew your energy and feel free.

Upon entering the class you can breathe a peace and tranquility that are part of what Patricia manages to teach and transmit during the classes. It has been a great discovery also for those who approached yoga for the first time, you learn to meditate little by little. The professionalism, the seriousness and the deep knowledge, as well as the affection that Patricia has in approaching each one, make this place a beautiful place to disconnect, breathe again and balance.
