Changing rooms very run down , damaged lockers Brocken tiles in one of the showers .Very limited space and facilities .Spa advertising open until 9pm but pool locked up at 6 , no towels available in gym area or changing rooms , very disappointed

Manicure failed horribly (poor quality product?). Spa manager returned money, but refused to be lectured on how to train staff... Facial at same place was also a travesty - was asked to strip in a cold cellar for a facial that left my gf with itchy red skin and stinging eyes. Eyemask re-applied despite protests - probably so they could redo the nails without seeing them mess it up again.
