Hardly anyone there. Service was OK at administration services. The librarian who assisted us was very helpful.

I needed to use a computer to do some research and the staff here were super helpful, even though they only had a few computers working , I agree with the other comments also that benidorm could do with a bigger library as it's a little small for the needs of the community

Regrettable attention from librarians or receptionists towards library users who complain about their rudeness by NOT spitting the silence that is required in a library; It happens that while attending to some people, both the librarians and the clients, communicated aloud, they did not even moderate their tone of voice, so as not to abruptly interrupt the tranquility of the moment of study or reading. Therefore, a boy and I expressed how annoying his noise was and that please lower the tone of voice, to which the librarian responded AND REPEATED with a haughty and unprofessional character that we keep quiet and that he is the authority. What kind of authority will he have to violate our right to use this space where you go to study or perhaps read in total calm and without distractions like today? The attitude of the librarian is intolerable.
