I would not recommend this company at all. They have refused to complete the work that we have paid for and it appears that they do not have the experience to do this. They avoided calls and lied to us for months and we now have to get a different company to complete the work.

I highly recommend Premier heating this is a family run business with 40 years experience. Marie is always contactable by email. Joe is by what’s app and Terry by mobile phone or text. Absolutely first class service and fast response, over the year I have had the central heating system and air conditioning units installed. Incredibly good value for money, high quality products and excellent after sales service. So happy I’ve recommended to my neighbours who are also more than pleased. No idea why there are negative comments, only that Joe on what’s app is probably the busiest with msgs but he’s on installation, as is Terry doing the work! I carried out a review of availability of central heating Installers in my area via the internet and was impressed by the website of Premier Heating, they have a comprehensive FAQ's section which is very informative. I phoned for an appointment for a quote for a central heating system for my house. The owner Terry arranged an appointment within two days and arrived as he stated and gave me competative quotes for Propane Gas and Oil central heating. I had a quote from another company a few days later, which proved that Terry's quote was competative. I decided on Premier Heating, from discussions with Terry , to install an Oil fired central Heating system, as it suited the layout of my house for location of boiler and oil tank. Terry and Joe arrived at the agreed time for installation and carried out the project over three days. They worked professionally and cleanly, and provided all necessary equipments. The system was completed and worked well. Terry also informed the Boiler Engineer to complete the boiler commissioning, which he did after a couple of weeks. The Boiler engineer then offered an extension to the guarantee for a further four years which included an annual service. Overall I am pleased with the Installation and have had no problems. I would therefore recommend Premier Heating as contractors for Plumbing and Heating. One important point was that there was no money requested upfront of commencement of the works. The Installation was completed December 2019.

Service is fine until you paid for the installation. Then the horror starts - First they installed the system wrong, and took their time to repair it. They promised to offer annual inspection at a fee, but never respond to any mail - There a lot of other providers in the area - but keep away from these.

Thanks to Premier heating for my solar and new boiler installation. Excellent job and my first hot shower since moving into my house! May 2020.. Just had two aircon units fitted by Terry & Joe at a reasonable price. Can't understand their negative reviews as have always found them professional, helpful and efficient. No problem contacting them either by phone or email. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
