We have been treated like criminals
After an altercation in the town, I got chauffeur driven to this residence, staff at check-in desk exceptionally rude & no one spoke English, my room was very basic with no day light & only a hard concrete bed & a blanket for comfort, after 2 nights I got upgraded to a larger room with a toilet & sink, room also had a shower but did not work, again the staff terribly rude & although it was an half board accommodation the food was inedible. Very noisy from the adjoining rooms along the corridor accupied by mostly foreign guests. I spent 3 nights in this particular guest house but will certainly not be recommending it. 1* at best, no window view, no pool, no entertainment & facilities extremely basic...
I complained about a hotel and two armed officers came and dragged me out and beat me up and threw me into a freezing cell overnight. I am a sober, disabled frail elderly lady. AVOID THIS EVIL POLICE STATE
Very helpful and friendly
Too bad, I was there last week for work. There was not even Christ, totally desolate. In the afternoon the few that were there came to the beach next to my hotel and it was difficult for me to find a parking space, I left it well parked but partially stepping on a marked area for motorcycles, there was not one. They came at dawn and fined me like vampires. When I left the next day to work at 8:30 a.m. there were only two cars in the whole street, without words !!!
