I can't rate the vehicles I rent but if the service donates after contacting them by email and 2 phone calls I have never received a response to my booking request. We were told on the phone that they had a lot of work to do and that they would answer as much as they could but they didn’t tell us anything and it won’t be because we didn’t insist. I think they have a very important lack of organization. Very bad service.

We have rented a motorhome. When we picked it up, the awning was broken, they had to fix it there, quickly and quickly. The front wheels were worn, and after saying that we did not take it in those conditions, they sent us to the workshop to change them, but the first thing was to say that it was okay to leave like this, that meant we left almost 3 hours later than planned . Later, en route, we find doors that do not close, snitches that give errors, the air conditioning is only on maximum or minimum, the radio is on, blackouts that do not go down, the water pump makes a noise that seems to explode, the slopes in 1 or second because it does not throw ..... a disaster, and when we return it, we say it all, and the answer is that yes, well, it was already his last trip, he is already retiring ... We have been lucky, because the price has been like that of a new one. I said, be careful.

The perfect sale and after-sales treatment works well until you have more than two warranty repairs, more or less from my experience, after there are calls and Alex says that he is busy and that he will call you later that call is not made, wait seated. I still hope for the front grill that they damaged me when I pulled backwards (Alex) I didn't want to be part of it because I trusted them and wing, I eat it broken. I also believe that they are just and employees for repairs, due to the dates they give to take the AC to the workshop. I WAIT FOR THAT CALL, I WILL EDIT POSITIVE IF SO.

After kicking almost all the caravan dealerships in Catalonia, suffering bad advice, making bad purchases (new caravan), feeling ripped off and coming to think that they were all assholes (to say the least), I have found this dealer, little one, family, with an exquisite and professional treatment, an exceptional team .. Where the purchase of the new caravan has been a pleasant experience. "Finally". I recommend 100x100.

They are smarter than they look, watch out .. When it comes to selling, they paint everything very nicely, but the reality is that they are disorganized in every way.
