Perfect. I recommend the personal training service in which you are offered a totally personalized training adapted to your physical situation and the goals you want to achieve. It also has group workouts and other activities.

Excellent team of Professionals! I have been doing rehabilitation there for 5 months after a knee operation; to heal a complicated kneecap fracture. The treatment has reduced the pain has given me a lot of mobility and a week ago I can jog! :) thing that fills me with happiness. Thanks Leit Motriz!

I have been doing sports for many years and as a result of an injury I contacted Fran. I did not imagine how much I am learning and improving with the personalized program, Fran knows very well the exercises I need and teaches me alternatives to be able to apply them later at home. I highly recommend it!
