My father passed away in Benidorm and was taken to this beautiful place, When we got to see him in the chapel of rest he looked so beautiful and at peace, As a family we can not thank the staff enough for what they done for us at this difficult time after the sudden death of my father ,

You can't be more miserable than they are in this place. In the worst moments of a family, not only does the treatment leave a lot to be desired, but on top of that they literally scam you. I understand that it is a business but things cost what they cost and not It can be put on an invoice as a generic concept "funeral services" (1300 €) when the service has not even been provided. It hurts my soul to have to talk about money in this situation but the feeling of deception is so great that of course And even if I am 600km away, I will go with the invoice so that they can break down and explain that concept, and make no doubt that if necessary, I will report it where appropriate so that no family has to go through this situation again. 100 stars certainly would have.

Abusive prices much higher than the market average. In the case of death in a hospital in the area, their procedure is through a funeral agent who appears immediately after death and without prior notice to offer their services at an exorbitant price. Please check other options!
