I do not recommend buying at this store at all Misleading advertising You place an order by spending money seeing on the web that for each order they give you a 10% bonus for future purchases and it is a lie !!!!! Then they tell you that the product you bought was already discounted and does not have a bonus, that they can make changes in conditions as if nothing It turns out that when I was placing the order, they themselves send me an email indicating that I have items in the basket and that if I make the purchase I benefit from a 10% bonus (indicating that once the order arrives at my house is when the Bonus will be available on the web) but nothing like that, there is no bonus or anything I get in touch with them and they keep saying the same thing, that the bonuses are according to articles and that the company can vary it. I send them the screenshot of the mail where it says what I inform them but they do not even answer It is shameful!! It turns out that you want to make more orders than for them it is a benefit but they make you difficult by deceiving you Worst of all, on top of that you are claiming they keep sending you emails where they tell me that if I make a purchase they give you a 10% bonus, it is incredible !!! And on top of that you write to them and they are no longer able to even answer, it's shameful

Ask us for a stroller. The ordering process is easy and was explained to us at all times when the order arrives. They warned that they have a local holiday and the order takes 2 more days. Until then in 4 days I was at home. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money and outstanding customer service. I bought my stokke stroller, with a promotion that included a seat, carrycot and GB platinium car seat. He gave me a folding travel highchair. The order was sent to me in 2 days, there was a problem with the color of the carrycot and they changed it without problems and the next day I had the correct one at home. The person who attended me gave me all the explanations and solved all the problems that arose. I will buy in this store again !!!

I will never buy again and I recommend that you do not buy, that they charge you 18 euros to return an item in perfect condition, taking € 9 for management and € 9 for shipping, it is a real theft !!! I was going to ask them for the kika boo nana crib, but after this I bought it in another store, which charges € 4.95 for return. A full-blown abuse.

A great deal, I sent them an email with a query about a baby seat for the car and they answered super fast, in the end I decided to trust them and made the order on the web (because I'm from Zaragoza), and as stipulated I had the chair at home. Very happy with the service, and unbeatable prices! I definitely recommend this store, I already have it in my favorites! A pleasure to buy from you!
