Bad experience. The woman who treated me was not the same one who had done it over the phone, and I doubt that she was a veterinarian. He has over-examined my dog ​​and been on the phone with (I suppose) the vet, who has guided her to inject her with local anesthesia. Then he tried to sell me a sock and a preventive product for the pads, when what happened to him was precisely that he had a wound that had to be healed before applying the product. I have not bought it and I have read the leaflet, which has confirmed my suspicions: a protective lotion but NOT regenerating and healing, as the clinic staff had insisted. I bought a real anti-bacterial and healing cream in a pharmacy, which has healed the wound in a few days. I think it's very bad that they try to scam us in this way, when the welfare of our pets is at stake, but obviously pharmaceutical interests win.
