I bought a sofa in the Sant Fruitós de Bages store, almost € 2000. He came to me with a thump on the arm of the sofa. The arm of the sofa was picked up after 21 days to upholster it again. That was on November 4 and, today to December 21, I am still the same, with the sofa half, The girl from the store, I understand that she is not to blame, I have no complaints about her. But if you have a problem that does not depend on the store, bad. I do not recommend it, I would not buy there again. Ahhh, and as before three days, I do not have my sofa in conditions, they will have a complaint to consumer services, I am not one of those who only complain about social networks, I assure you!

Bad experience. I bought a couch; and they said it would take 20-25 days. After these days I claimed by mail, and they told me that surely the package would take a little longer because at Christmas they stop the store. In the mail, there was no official sender. Total, it took 50 days, and I had to claim 3 times

Unfortunately very bad experience. I buy a coclchon and a couch and they tell me it takes 3 or 4 weeks to bring it. At 4 weeks I call to see how the order is. I'm tired of calling and they don't take my phone and I have to go to the bicenter to inform me. There they can't tell me why they don't get the phone. The next day as nobody calls me as we would do, after several calls they take the phone and tell me that the supplier partners have fought and can not serve me. That they can take me another one from another better brand and I have no choice but to accept because I have financed the product and I am paying for it without having it. At the moment they take me the mattress with a bearing without charge, they say as a special case, they will have a nose ... Well, the new Canape tell me that it will take 20 days. After 20 days I got tired of calling them and nobody takes tlf. I put them wasap and they pass from my face. In the end I get to talk to the store and they tell me they will still take another month. But that the issue of the suppliers of the first canape has been solved and that they already have it in store that if I want it in a couple of days I have it. Already tired I tell them that it is worth. After 3 or 4 days I call them again and ask when they bring it to me .... They tell me calmly that the carrier is calling you today. Three or four days later, after a lot of calls, they pick up the phone and tell me that today they are sure to call you. And yes, the carrier calls me and tells me that it will take a few days because the errages have not arrived, when they told me in the store that they had everything 8 or 10 days ago. Total after another lot of calls and wasaps they bring me the canape after two and a half months and they ride it but they forget a piece. I tell the truck driver that I want it mounted today. And she tells me to go find her at the barycenter and that it is very easy to put. Total I have to go if I want the piece, and I get one that has another canape on, I mean an old piece. As when I go the person who gives me the piece is not the one who attended me, I tell him that I take it but that they call me to comment it, I am still waiting. Conclusion, liars, and little seriousness, and little professionalism. I totally advise against getting in your hands. They do not have a customer service tlf to file your complaint. And the bill to pen and studs. FATAL I put a star because you can not put 0. I have read several comments and do not see the ease of response of the owner to take the dead face to the gallery ... The assessment that I give is based on the attention received in the store by the Sta.Silvia, we attended with empathy and professionalism, and finally we have a budget made of the sofa and armchair model that we liked .... we are seeing and comparing other models in other stores (which we told Silvia). If we finally buy from this store, I will reassess the situation. Recommended.
