To get them to come, I had to call several times, after accepting their budget and once I got a building permit, again to wait for them to come and take final action. After waiting 2-3 weeks for the work to begin, Manager Jordi Jordi Mas says they can't do the job! Really "unthinkable" a business disaster that made me waste weeks and then nothing. I do not advise contractual at all
