Lack of communication and slowness. In 3 months with my bike in their workshop and they have not called me even once to inform me of the status of the repair, which has not even been done. I have had to be on top of them at all times. It seems that if you are not a regular customer or a member of the motorcycle club, they leave you at the end of their priorities.
