A practical place although it lacks a space to eat / drink

These places are ... the saddest thing one can imagine, but if they have a professional like Mr. David ... he has been an attentive, kind, understandable and above all human person, he deserves the best is a huge person and a great professional. Thank you from my heart and my whole family.
There is no adjective to describe the pathetic, shameful, inhuman experience.
Some funeral pomps yes. Attention to family members. At 9 you leave and there is no one to tell you that the family member is left alone. I mean, you're leaving with an anguish ....
The next day, in the morning, more of the same. Then, at the ceremony scheduled for 10 they come to apologize because the cue is late !!!!!! And, to top it off, there are no works on the street, you can't hear a single word of what it says. And the public address for what?
Come on, that the abusive privies over to pay you, like self-service gas stations, a self-service wake.
