Very upset with them. Today I had an appointment for a checkup with my pet. They provided it to us several weeks ago why they were complete. Today after traveling 25 km and having to request a party at work to adapt to the appointment, when we arrive, they tell us that the vet is sick.
Throughout the day, until 3:00 p.m. (appointment time), has no one been able to notify us? A shame ... Unfortunately the lack of professionalism, and ethics.
My experience there has not been satisfactory. Unpleasant treatment, if you are not wealthy, very high price, especially if you go to the emergency room
An excellent clinic, they took good care of both us and our pets, even in bad times.
Good care and lots of explanations from the vet.
