I went to your store, as soon as my puppy was born, he is currently 7 years old and I can say that the veterinarian who takes him congratulates me on the care, feeding, the good general condition that my dog ​​has, and it is thanks to the guidelines , recommendations, indications that we follow from Isabel, 'our advisor' that we follow to the letter. For all this, I recommend the store without any doubt, for the products (it has everything), and I don't just mean food, accessories, etc ... And at a good price, good location, perfect service !! Totally recommendable

Isabel has been the nutritionist at Bourbon My Dog for years. I could not find anyone better. Professional treatment, personal treatment and his love for animals. I recommend it 1,000%. Bourbon is a healthy, balanced animal and above all, happy and in that, food is an indispensable requirement.

Yesterday we bought a 15 kg bag of the Royal Canin brand in this store. They did not have the one we asked for and they recommended us (within the same Royal Canin brand) a food for dogs a little larger than ours. At no time did he tell us that we had to mix with the previous feed. The point is that it does not suit our puppy, it vomits it. We have called for a solution since we have spent 66 euros on 15 kilos of a feed recommended by Isabel, the "nutritional advisor" and she has not offered us any alternative and we have not seen any interest on her part, the only interest is that we keep another bag and mix it up. The only thing we asked is that he solve this problem in some way, we would have been potential customers since our puppy is only 3 months old and it would have become our trusted store. This establishment is not recommended at all and obviously we will not return.
