Bad attention, they told me a week for a simple change of cranks, and in 3 weeks without answers I called and they told me that they did not even look at her ... Claiming that being 26 she was very old and they could not find a replacement ... In a week by amazon myself and solved ... Very little professionalism and a terrible service. There are stores in equaled with a service, attention and producer with better quality and price.
They are good people and they are there for a lifetime. I go from time to time, since the prices are a bit high compared to the rest, without contributing anything substantial to remedy the aforementioned cause.
For my part, I will continue visiting them and if I see that they improve prices or can offer something that the rest do not. I will gladly upload a score.
