People are very nice and polite. I couldn't speak Spanish but they was trying to help me.
Despicable! Rude behaviour and very obnoxious. No translators and no effort in finding one for you if you need one.
If they have decided to use a police station for people to apply for NIEs then they should really be expecting people to come in with children and not be intimidating.
You cant expect a 2year old to sit quietly can you?
That aside no one in this station seemed to have any real knowledge of who can apply and how the process goes as we had to make 3 journeys which were 1 hour each way with kids and STILL didnt complete everything.
If they could have explained to us on our first visit the full process and what it entails we wouldnt have wasted so much time and money on journeys and our own translator!
Well all i can say is GOOD LUCK to others.
