I was walking the dog and I was struck by an ebike k had on display ... I asked him if he could come in with the dog and he told me no It lost a sale already k I bought it by catalog..a leftover, better to go somewhere else

Today we were making a route through the area when one of the bikes broke the rear derailleur cable. We have gone to this bike shop with the purpose of doing this repair since we were far from home and with no option to go back pedaling. After explaining this to the store, with very good words, he told us that he did not have 15 minutes for our repair. I think that feeling cycling is something else. A shame We have returned in a car that has come to look for us.

I punctured the front wheel and it was repaired, I went out on the bike and punctured the same wheel again, the puncture was repaired (cost 0) to compensate for the repair at cost € 0, change of a new front tire, so far everything is correct, I pay and go, I'll come back more late to ask him to also change the rear tire so that the bike has totally new shoes and he answers - for now, leave it like that and go ahead - ... I consider that such a decision I have to make, therefore, your comment seems unfortunate, especially considering that his work is for the public. But calm that I already get it. :( Am I considered persona non grata? Easy man, I'll find another one ... called COMPETITION. Thank you very much for everything and luck. P.S. My bike already has a new rear tire and I'm delighted with my new mechanic. :)
