I bought 5 machines for my self-service laundry, and in my case, if they arrived but 4 and a half months later than agreed. I had innumerable technical problems with the machines at the beginning, although it is true that during the first months they showed their face, as soon as I stopped being profitable, they stopped answering my emails, having to pay for all the parts that failed ( they are not cheap), and of course the labor of the technicians. It should be remembered that the machines had a 1-year warranty, and even if it does not turn out profitable, you have to answer to your customers. That's the way business is, sometimes you earn a lot and sometimes you have to lose money. Besides me, I know of another laundry in Barcelona that also had similar problems. Very unprofessional. I also have them denounced, although by Covid everything will be delayed but for my part I will not stop until justice is done, in my favor or not. Never put your dreams and your future in people like these.

It is the same as they are called Laundry Solutions, Drylav, Rembli, they are the same; José María Boneu and his Jordi Pinadella, two professional scammers, use several names and sell what they don't have and of course they always charge in advance, then it comes to you or something you didn't buy or anything, but the money never returns it, a lot of eye and watch out.

a crap they sell you something in photos and they send you something else. Mom sold me a repaired ironing train of occasion, and they sent me a scrap machine to me they ripped me off, and they don't send you anything in writing so you can't sue some. ...........................................
