A shame, the woman at the reception a badly educated without shame and without touch for these cases, it is not worth anything in her workplace, wrong answer is edge and to top it off unpleasant, she does not know how to manage anything, waiting time in calls infinite ... a mess you deal with them, room theme to pray better I will not comment .... they are racist..my experience is embarrassing with this funeral home, I dealt with them 8 years ago, but it has nothing to do with it who are now ... a shame !!!!!
