I'm a foreigner! But this town has become my home :)
A very clean and friendly place
I have been taking this line from Santa Coloma for months when I leave work, it seems very unfair that I leave work at 23.30, get to the subway in 2 min and have to wait for the train until 00.00 ... so I leave soon! The next day I have to work again, put yourself in the shoes of the people who want to get home soon to rest, (surely many of those who work here in the subway want the same thing as me) to be able to spend a little while with our loved dear ones and to be able to eat, those minutes waiting are minutes that I can use for that ... Sometimes it makes me want to cry from waiting so long ... But please do not wait so long, I can wait 8 or even 10 minutes, but 20, 25 or even half an hour is too much 😔😢
Diversity
The machine did not accept my monthly ticket for the subway, because it was wrinkled. The lady who works in the office has only looked at it and tells me that "it looks like a fake" - Neither has verified it or anything! Just looking at it. So I had to spend money again for a new ticket ..
Incompetent, unfriendly and unwilling to work ... because he has sent me to the other metro office. Service 0%.
