The overall service was fine but the attention and support received from the chauffeur that drove my dad to his final resting place 1000K from where he died was outstanding and unforgettable. Just to be able to have someone like him thinking on his feet, helping with any mundane task like handing out cards or finding stools at the church, and going way beyond the call of duty like staying with us throughout the ceremony on such an important but difficult day for us was hugely appreciated and priceless.... Thank you very much Francesc for taking care of my father so well in his final journey. Your actions towards my father and family on behalf of Cabré Junqueras will never be forgotten.

Yesterday I buried Father in this funeral home and I must say that on Tuesday we spoke with Mr. Ricard on the phone where and was very kind. The surprise is I know how much yesterday Wednesday we arrived at 13.45 in the funeral home and we are taken care of by a blonde woman who does not want to be identified in a very bad and disrespectful way and tells us that we could only go in to see the father three people and we were 4 because so we had met Mr. Ricard. I understand that because of the situation we are living in it is not possible to watch over 4 people but what is most sad is the arrogance and bad manners of the blonde lady who took care of us.

The place and the staff have been correct at all times. We did not like how they presented the deceased, since the people in charge of makeup could have improved the appearance. With a little bit of care they would have been better. We have left with a bitter memory.

The environment is pleasant to say goodbye to your loved ones. The workers are very attentive and friendly.

There is a person this cold and inhumane mortuary. Can you work in a place where you have to be so tactful? What is happening to all of us is a war and I think the last thing we have to lose is empathy for the suffering of others, especially in your profession. A woman shooting blonde, I don't know her name, but I put in her conscience the suffering that she caused us yesterday
