I do not understand the negative comments. The tract has been great. They have helped me with my paperwork, and at all times they have been very kind.

I put a star because you can not put 0. The aunt of the civil registry is super edge and answers you fatal, goes with an air of superiority and does not even try to help you. Not very efficient, I had to go to another civil registry that was not mine to help me since in mine they said they couldn't because "the system didn't let them". Good treatment of the public should be essential to work there, right? I say. Then there are other people who are more friendly and humane to the citizen, who attended to me because the aunt of the civil registry was not working that day ... but we are looking forward to never coming back.

I try badly over the phone, because one works in the morning and it is difficult to go in person. After calling like 9 times, in a different time slot, leaving as busy, they deign to take it, but the worst thing is that it was by mistake, because they did not expect my call to be from a citizen. I don't know who they expected but it wasn't exactly me. They don't even listen to you when asking your question or doubt and they tell you they don't know anything. Well great, it's your job and not mine and you don't even know how to proceed. Shit

I came 2 times and had 2 bad experiences with the people there. Without asking anything, they already tell you the answer that they do best. They are not friendly or attentive. I left wanting to never come back. Foreigners are treated fatally, they have no respect.
