The treatment has been terrible, in moments as sensitive as these. Lack of professionalism, lack of sensitivity, poorly qualified personnel, only financial interest ..... All I needed was to get to the crematorium and find a person who only told me that he would sign the budget. When the day before I was insisting to be able to speak with someone from the administration from 10:00 to 17:30, and the answer was always the same, now it cannot be, because they are processing deaths, we will notify you.

Personally, and I experienced being burned here, the treatment of my relatives when they saw me dead has been terrible at the time of burning, directly, they have thrown me into the container in a place where my relatives did not see and they have been given a container with wood ashes.

Personally, the treatment has not been adequate. What a minimum that they give you their condolences upon entering.
