It is the worst company I have ever known, the guarantee does not exist, since 2018 I have been claiming the poor performance of the central laundry point without any solution, every time they come they tell you a movie like you do not turn off the machine day or night to see if this does not fail, or that the change does not give because not all the coins weigh the same, in short, the control unit turns off by itself when a customer tries to pay a machine, it does not give the change well, it does not send the signal to the machines and when he does it, he does it badly. (Thanks to the fact that I have videos of all the power to report them) Last year I asked for the customer cards from the central in February and they came to me in November after calling a thousand times, those responsible do not exist or do not give the face. I do not recommend it to the enemy.

The technical service is lousy. They tend to scare you constantly. They make the client very insecure. Basically they are "machine washers". They only have the name of technician. The commercials that sell you the machines have no idea. Once you sign up and they have you caught you see them coming. If you have doubts all the time they tell you "look at the manual". They completely forget about the customer once what the machines have sold you. And the machines are very average. Anyway ... another disappointment from these people who think they are professional.
